About us
Just returned from my eighth stay! Very clean, comfortable and spacious cottage with a great wood burning stove. Lovely gardens in a quiet village. Good, central location. Garden fully enclosed at the rear and totally safe for my dogs
Booked this at last minute to see the Cycling World Champs. So glad we did. Great little cottage in a fantastic location. Walked out the driveway & turned straight up the hill & some fabulous scenery. The garage with access to the kitchen is great for bike storage, taking off dirty boots & wiping down dogs before entering the house. Hawes & the Yorkshire Dales were superb. Would return to Wagtail Cottage without hesitation!!!
Wagtail Cottage is fantastic! Furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Whether you are a family or couple with a dog, as we were, everything is provided. It is the ideal retreat or base to explore the fantastic surroundings including walks directly from the cottage or a drive up to Buttertubs Pass
